How can you take spring cleaning into every season of your life? Check out these three tips:
1. Set a timer and do a speed clean. Allowing yourself a few minutes each day to cover the basic things such as cleaning dishes or putting away clothes will prevent the chores from piling up.
2. Explain the importance of health and wellness to your family or roomates.
3. Create a chore chart or list that is easily accessible, viewable and clear on what needs to be done.
