Orange Adventure
Contest Rules
By entering the Oklahoma State University “#OrangeAdventure” Contest you agree to be bound by these Official Rules:
Eligibility
- This ticket giveaway is open to current OSU students over the age of 18.
- Submitted photos must be the sole property of individuals entering the contest.
Contest Dates
The competition begins THIS Friday March 15, 2024 at 5 p.m. and ends March 22, 2024, at 12 p.m. CST. Entries must be received no later than March 22, 2024 at 12 p.m. CST to be eligible for the random ticket drawing. Entries received after March 22, 2024 at 12 p.m. CST, will not be considered for the drawing, regardless of whether the late receipt resulted from human, computer or transmission error.
Entry Guidelines
- Theme: Entries should be a personal representation of “Orange Adventure: Submit a photo from your spring break repping OSU.”
- Entrants can enter a photo and description of an adventure they went on or something they did this spring break, with a visual tie to OSU (i.e. an OSU flag, shirt, doing the “Go Pokes” pose.)
- Number: An individual who meets the eligibility requirements may enter once.
- Entry Process: Beginning on March 15, 2024 at 5 p.m., entries should be submitted at https://okla.st/49QMJBx. Upload your photo in the required fields beneath “Photo” on the form. We reserve the right to deny submissions that do not adhere to our digital media guidelines. For example, content containing offensive, obscene, racist, homophobic, sexist or sexually explicit language or photos will not be accepted.
Awards
- Random drawing prize: Two tickets to the Tyler Childers concert at BOK Center in Tulsa on Apr. 09.
Notification of Winners
The random drawing winner will be notified by 5 p.m. March 22 via email. If the winner does not respond to notification of the win within 3 days, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
Conditions of Participation
Use of Submissions
By entering this competition, you agree that Oklahoma State University and its affiliates* retain the right to unlimited use of the submitted photographs and stories for university publicity and promotion, without compensation. As a condition of participation, you waive any claim of infringement against Oklahoma State University and its affiliates based upon use of the submitted photograph and story, and agree to hold harmless Oklahoma State University and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising as a result of any allegation that you did not own or were not authorized to allow publication and reproduction of the photograph. Oklahoma State University reserves the right to modify or change the Orange Adventure contest rules at any time. Contest is subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Contest Ownership
Oklahoma State University and its affiliates are the sole owners and operators of the Orange Adventure contest. Official rules, terms and eligibility requirements, prize information and selection are administered by the University. By participating, entrants release Facebook of any ownership. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn or TikTok.
*Affiliates include the OSU Foundation, Alumni Association, Division of Enrollment and Brand Management, Athletics, university departments, academic colleges or programs.
