First Place: Webb-Willis Love Story
Courtney and Jeremy met the fall of 2011 at Edmon Low Library. Jeremy was the library's circulation supervisor and saw Courtney on the 3rd floor. They began to talk and would often meet in Murray parlor in between classes. They officially became a couple a few months later and spent the rest of their college careers together. Fast forward, and now they are engaged to be married! Both Courtney and Jeremy received their Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Oklahoma State University. OSU will always hold a special place in their hearts. Go Pokes! Master's degrees from Oklahoma State University. OSU will always hold a special place in their hearts. Go Pokes!
Second Place: 1976 Love!
It was 1976 at OSU! He was in the business school & she was in the Cowboy marching band. They met a Chi Alpha party. He saw her walk & in & said to his buddy... "I'm gonna marry that girl." His friends thought he was crazy - they had never even met! Sure enough, he was right! That was February & they were married by August. Their starter home was married student housing. That was 42-1/2 years ago, and they are still going strong!
Atherton Prize Package: Orange Love
My husband took me to my first osu basketball game when we were dating in March of 2009. He’s so passionate for OSU and made me fall in love with OSU & him! We go to every game when we can. Our wedding color had orange! He’s a passionate fan!
Judge’s Choice: Cowboy Sweethearts
Jake and I have had so many wonderful memories at OSU. We had just started dating as we entered our freshman year with the same major and basically the same class schedule. So many of our best memories happened at OSU - like Jake proposing to me at my sorority house! For a while, I lived in my sorority and Jake in his fraternity - just across the street! We graduated together this past May and got married in June! We will celebrate 8 months of marriage this month. We are forever grateful for the time we spent at Oklahoma State and it will always hold a special place in our hearts! From 211 Friend, to Ag Hall to South Monroe street to countless memories made in BPS - Oklahoma State will always be part of our story! We even had Pistol Pete (in training) as our ring bearer!
