It is very important to know the helpful tips of fire safety, water safety and heat safety regulations.

 

Summertime may be over, but it is always good to know what the body needs to keep healthy hydration as well as keeping your outdoor activities safe.

 

Here are some helpful tips from trainer Rhett String on fire, water and heat safety:

  • Tips to be aware of Heat Stroke - Stay Hydrated, drink large amounts of water a night before a day full of outdoor activities

  • Lake Safety - Make sure you wear a life jacket, no matter what the age. Also NEVER jump into unknown water.

  • If a burn goes out of control - CALL 911 Immediately, make sure you have the fire under control with water.
